Through the site forms I collect: name, phone number, preferred messenger, convenient contact time and your message. The purpose is to contact you regarding your request (consultation, search, valuation or viewing) and to support further communication.

Technical data (page of enquiry, referrer, utm tags) is used to measure advertising effectiveness.

Processing is based on your voluntary consent (Art. 11 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI), given by ticking the corresponding box in the form.

4. Data sharing

Data may be shared with T.H.E. Capital real estate agency (the agency's CRM) — solely to process your request — and with services that technically support the site (hosting, notifications). Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention

Data is kept for up to 3 years from the last communication or until consent is withdrawn — whichever comes first.
